Realty Associates is founded on the core values of honesty, integrity and
customer service. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations in every aspect

Six years ago, Leslie Bender, a licensed Realtor from
Pennsylvania, was buying investment property in Cape Coral, Florida. Leslie met
Sandra Pauly, one of the top Realtors in Cape Coral. They formed a friendship
and had visions of a “different” kind of Real Estate Company. They wanted to
find a more creative and personal way of meeting client’s needs. Together, they
have over 25 years of experience in real estate in residential and commercial
sales, property management and investing. Realty Associates is the result of
their vision.
Sandra Pauly:
Sandra Pauly, Sales Manager, is a college graduate with 17 years of
experience in residential and commercial sales and property management. In
2005, Sandra accomplished over 30 million in sales. Sandra resides in Cape
Coral and is married with two children.
Leslie Bender:
Leslie Bender, Broker, is a college graduate with 8 years of experience in
real estate investing and sales. Prior to a real estate career, Leslie gained
management experience as a supervisor at a major utility. Leslie resides in
Cape Coral and is married with two children.
